Mark your calendars for this Monday, December 3rd from 7-9pm in the UHP Townhouse on Foggy Bottom because the UHP SPA is hosting an end-of-the-semester event that will feature pizza (free food!), candy (sugar to power through those research papers!), and – wait for it – CHAIR MASSAGES! This event is open to all UHP students and we cannot wait to see you there. Swing by early to make sure you can grab some pizza, hang out with your favorite SPA, and sign up for a free chair massage.
And for our SPA: Remember that you’re required to sign up for ONE SHIFT during the event. Here’s the googledoc just in case you forgot: https://docs.google.com/a/email.gwu.edu/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhTQp-cMmY6IdFYxMzdYMGd2RWlKblVuSmk0QU1Jbmc
See you all on Monday!
Want to see behind-the-scenes of a television show production? The Kalb Report is going to be filming another live episode on November 19th with nightly news legend Tod Koppel, and you’re invited! Join SPAs Bryan and Kevin and volunteer at The Kalb Report, and learn what really goes into a television production. This is a great opportunity for all GW students, but especially if you’re in SMPA! Oh, and you get free pizza too, so it’s a win-win!
Volunteers need to be available between 5:30 and 9:30pm on Monday, November 19th. Send Bryan an email at email@example.com by Tuesday, November 13th if you’re able to come, so we can make sure that there’s a role for you!
And if you’re not interested in volunteering, you can still come and sit in the studio audience and watch an awesome show. Get tickets at kalb.gwu.edu before they’re sold out!
This is your last chance to get a hold removed and grab some tasty food while you’re at it!
Monday it’s pizza from 12-2pm (Hurrican Sandy cancelled that), and Wednesday it’s bagels from 10am-12pm (in the Foggy Bottom townhouse club room, free!) We’ll have bagels so long as the University is open again.

Will they show up in standard “brunch at the Vern on Sunday” garb? Big hats? Pajamas? You won’t know unless you show up. Preferably in your big hats and pajamas.
