Volunteer Opportunity – Health Leads DC

9 Sep
Looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity? One that will allow you to work in a clinical setting and directly serve families in DC?
Read on for more:
Health Leads is a national nonprofit that uses college students to connect low-income families with the resources they need to lead healthier lives.
~GW students work at two sites- Children’s National Medical Center and the Good Hope Road Clinic.
~Volunteers will have a weekly shift that allows continued contact with the families we serve.
~Opportunities for leadership are available.
Email gwu@dchealthleadsusa.org for an application
Have questions or are interested in learning more?  Ask fellow UHPers Holly Crowe (holly.crowe@dchealthleadsusa.org) and Carolyn Stalgaitis (carolyn.stalgaitis@dchealthleadsusa.org) why they’ve been with the organization for 3 years!!
